IVR Menu displayed on Desktop/Web App

Hi,

I set an IVR/Digital Receptionist with submenus.

I have set up a foward to my extension when there is no input after 5s.

If I am in a sub menu, and I the call is forwarded to my extension, in the desktop app/web app, it shows it's coming from my MAIN MENU that was initially called.
But I'd like it to display the sub menu IVR the user is at at the time he forwarded to my extension after 5s of inactivity.

Any suggestions if that's possible?

Note: this works when it I dial from the desktop app to the IVR menu, it then displays where I'm at in the IVR menu. So the problem is when I call from my cell phone.

When you say submenus, I'm assuming you mean that one of your options forwards to another IVR and so on.

Can you send a screenshot of what you're seeing here?

First screen shot shows the main menu even though Michelle is calling from another IVR. Michelle called from that menu and I received her call after 5 seconds of inactivity, it should say "Michelle - Biz + Event Menu".


I tried from my phone again, and it shows the MAIN MENU as well, no matter what IVR I'm in.

If I dial the IVR individually then it displays the Menu name correctly, Michelle dialed 805 "Biz + Events Menu", and David M received the call and it displays Michelle in the correct menu:

Hi @DavidM84,

Yes, if you dial the IVR directly, it will show the name of the IVR. If you are transferred from one IVR to another, it does not show you the name of the current IVR, but the name of the main IVR dialled to reach the subIVR. For now I'm afraid that this is how the system works and there isn't a way to change this just yet, at the time of writing this.
