IVR Music on Hold when transferred

Hi

I tried everything and have no clue if this even works
when a call gets transferred from an IVR to e.g. external or internal number i want to change the music to a tone and not play the music on hold file. The Music on hold file is perfectly fine for calls which get transferred from an extension to anoteher extension, but i would like to change it in the ivr

is that possible?

"The Music on Hold (MOH) used when transferring calls from an IVR or extensions is the same and cannot be configured separately. It is the default MOH defined under System > Music on Hold in the 3CX management console.
