ivr outbound +voice synthesizer

hello,
i need to integrate a PBX with my software (in dot net) in order to execute many outbound IVR call.

i need to generate a message (using a voice synthesizer) and make a call to a number. Then the user pressing the buttons on the phone, will answer some question.

I think i will need 1 or max 2 levels in the ivr tree.

It's feasible with 3cx?
Any suggestion?

I think this should be possible by using a combination of the 3CX Call Control API and the 3CX Voice Application Designer (VAD).

To explain my though very briefly, the VAD could be user to create the IVRs and introduce some 'logic' into them as well as interact with some sort of Database which should be possible, and maybe also take advantage of the text-to-speech feature it has.
Then the 3CX API could be used to handle the automatic initiation and handling of the calls.
