Hello Everyone
I have been looking around but can't seems to find the number of time that can be set to lets say 3 for the IVR ,before it kicks the caller out if they don't press any button.i could do this is other system like Panasonic where i could pick a number between 1 to 6 time to repeat the IVR before caller gets kicked out ,in case they don't press any button (NO DTMF).Thanks in advance.

I guess one way to achieve this is ,to create 2 IVRs(IVR1 and IVR2) with same recording and and set the IVR1 option for to Connect to Digital Receptionist after lest say 6 seconds under the Destination for invalid or no DTMF input and once the call is in the IVR2 than i can program the same steps except to End Call under Destination for invalid or no DTMF input after again lets say 6 seconds under If no input within seconds:

In destination for invalid or no DTMF input you 'Repeat Prompt' ,also same option for input is invalid

So if I understood correctly you want the IVR prompt to repeat even if no DTMF input is provided? Why not simply have the timeout destination route the call back to the same IVR?

If you are looking for a fully customizable set of Digital Receptionist options, you would need to check out the 3CX Call Flow Designer.
Most don't need to use it for simple cases and it may be a bit of an overkill for this, but this gives you a myriad of options in this area:
