So today none of my IVR extensions are registered in 3cx. The service is started and I've gone through the trouble shooting steps in http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/troubleshooting-iis-ivr/ and need some help. When I try to call an IVR extension (like voicemail), I get a message that says "temporarily not available" on the phone.
I'm trying to check my logs and can't see anything obvious. The IVR service is running and IIS seems to be running fine as well. I reinstalled 3CX but I first backed up the configuration. I then restored the backup and still had the same issue.
The only change I did over the weekend was to test a VM on the machine with 3CX. It created a virtual network device with it's own IP which might have caused an issue? I have since removed the VM and the network adapter associated with it, but no luck there.
I should add that the 3CXIvrServer.exe process is now using a lot of CPU, nearly 100% of one thread.
Any ideas? Any help?
