How can I configure the IVR in 3CX so that when callers press 1, the call is routed to queue 201 in the morning and to queue 202 in the afternoon? This is necessary because different users manage the queues in the morning and afternoon.

There are several options (cfd, dummy extensions,...).
At a glance you can transfer the call to a dummy extension with uses custom office hours ( working time in the morging).
In state available "busy or not registered" forwards to 201 and state away forwards to 202.

i can't do the dummy ext.
I explain

int 201 work only mornig

int 202 work all day

from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm queue 300 need call only 201
from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm queue 300 need call only 202 (202 can be avaible all day, but not for the queue in the morning)

Every user can only 1 phone.
No app, no web client

Another solution?

Create QF1 to get 201 or QF2 to get 202 and do the switch with dummy ext during morning route to QF1 and Afternoon to QF2

last update is 29th April 2021, with v20 work?
This works with v20 as long as you use the latest version of the CFD.

@Alex_X

did you see the answer from Aws2p ?

Create a new extension (dummy).
- in the extension, setup the "Call Forwarding" -> "Exceptions" -> create new rule with times morning/afternoon
At press 1from the IVR, get the call to this new extension

This should work great.
