Hi All,
We had the IVR on elastix which is mapped to our pilot landline (XXX XXXX)
Here are the scenario from incoming calls
Dial 1 is pointed to 200 (admin)
Dial 2 is pointed to 201 (IT)
If somebody from outside trying to call our pilot number, they will heard an IVR. If they press 1 it will automatically forwarded to local 200, in our cases if this 200 local is currently engage to other calls, it will still forwarded to this local while they are engaging a calls. Is there a way on how to stop this or instead it will hear a voice that this circuit is currently engage to other calls.
Thanks and Regards,
