Can someone help me crating the custom IVR (welcome message), in PBX there was a lot of tool to crate but I am not able to find the same in 3CX

Not exactly but there's TTS in Google and Amazon AWS (Polly.)

Hi @Shreekant, I would go with what @ConceptsWeb mentioned as a start. Use any Text To Speech application you'd like. Record the output in a supported format: Format WAV (PCM, 8 kHz, 16 bit, Mono, Max size: 100MB) then upload it to PBX via the IVR itself and you should be good to go!
