Jabra ringtone change volume

Hi,

in our call center, agents have headsets on their heads all day.

Unfortunately, the ring volume is very loud.
Decreasing the volume unfortunately also decreases the voice.


I asked Jabra and they told me that it has to be controlled via the 3CX app.
My question is: How do I change the ring volume without changing the voice?

oh sorry, i didn't see this post.

Of course, that's not really good. I know it from other phone systems that you can control the ringtone separately. Is this a planned function for the future?

I can't say for sure. It would need to be posted to the Ideas forum following the usual process. This would mean you'd need to contact a Gold partner or above to have it posted to the Ideas forum on your behalf.
