Reinstalling app does not change anything.

Thank you in advance.

To first gather a bit more information:

• What exact version of 3CX are you running? You can check in the "3CX MC >> Dashboard >> Information >> License/Version".
• What exact version of the 3CX Desktop app have you installed(is it 18.8.508?) and how, was it through the 3CX Webclient?
• What exact version of MacOS are you running?
• Do you happen to have another MacOS device on which it works fine?

- Version of 3cx : 18.0 (Build 461)
- Version 3cx Desktop : 18.8.508. webclient works fine.
- Version MacOS : Big Sur
- Another MacOS : Device works fine but not on seem os version (Monterey / El Capitan) .

- Version MacOS : Big Sur
I have to mention that we only test on the latest version of MacOS which at the time of release was Monterey so I'm afraid we cannot guarantee normal functionality with any other versions or that it work at all for that matter.

I updated macOS to Monterey but the problem is not solved.
