I have succeeded with the ‘joining’ of 2 calls on separate holds on a desktop Polycom VVX350, however, there is no ‘Join’ feature, button or ability it seems on both the IOS and Android version of the Mobile App.

Is this possible? And if not, is it in the dev timeline?

Use the conference button?

Nope, doesn't work, but it would let you start a conf call with a 3rd caller while the first 2 remain on hold with no way to be joined.

Thank you, but that does not address the problem.... again, the problem is:

1) I am on my 3CX with an external party
2) I receive a second call form another external party.
3) I place Outside Caller #1 on Hold to answer Outside Caller #2 ringing in
4) I wish to join both Outside Caller 1 with Outside Caller #2 and myself (a 3-way "JOIN")

Then, as explained in the post linked above, you need to transfer them to 700**<your ext> and they will be in your conference room.

Ok, your solution it to engage and utilize the audio bridge feature for a 3-way conference with 2 external parties... which I suppose is a work around, but then why do I not need to do that also from a physical phone device? On both Polycom and Yealink IP Phones, there IS a "Join" button and capability? It is ONLY on the mobile apps there is no 'Join' capability?
