Join live calls??

How can I join two live calls? I tried using Conference, but the system won't let me use the phone buttons to navigate the prompts of an auto attendant. This seems like it should be simple task....

This is as designed - once in a second call you can't use DTMF at all. This is because the conference system can be controlled via keypresses so all your keypresses get intercepted.

Note: This is with the 3CX client - using other devices (like say an IPPhone) does get around this issue (because it doesn't use the 3CX conf system).

Can you do a simple Join of two live calls when no auto attendant buttons are needed?

Yes. You can even do it when buttons need to be pressed by following the workaround in the linked thread.

Describe a typical usage scenario, and tell us what devices are receiving the calls (Brand & Model / or if using soft client, which one)

Using 3CXDesktopApp and/or 3CX Web App on PC. I often need to quickly add another party to a call for tech support or multiple vendors for dispatching purposes. I do this multiple times per day when busy. The work around suggested sounds very convoluted and I don't even know what all the acronyms being thrown out mean.
You guys need a glossary of terms in your help menu.
