We have a call centre with an external DDI number for both customer and internal customers to call. We publish both the external (DDI) and internal 3CX (queue/digital receptionist) number, but internal customer often call the DDI number, which costs us money, as they are dialling out via 3CX, via a trunk to come back into 3CX. Can 3CX develop within the Outbound Rules a way to keep the call internal to 3CX. Within the Outbound Rules we can strip digits, but we have to pick a trunk to send the call to, could 3CX develop a "Route within 3CX" trunk? An example (made number up number) the 3CX number is 0550 (digital receptionists), the DDI is 09871230550, we can strip the first 7 digits giving us 0550, but cannot tell 3CX to just dial 0550 to go to the digital receptionist.

Why not block the call instead? Forcing them to use internal number.
