Key press to Answer Possible on Forwards to Mobile?

Question: I have a small office. Only 2 of us here. Often we step out of the office. We currently have the system setup to ring our cell phones at the same time as our desk phones ring. BUT, if one of our phones sends the call to Voicemail, thats where the call ends up, and the other phones can no longer answer.

I'd like to REQUIRE a key press to answer the call, but ONLY on the calls that are forwarded to the phones. That way the cell phone voicemail wouldnt "answer" the call.

Is this possible?

Yes it's possible by using the mobile app.

Your phone will always answer after 30-45sec with the voicemail. No way to avoid that beside reducing the ring time on your ring group and extension to under 30sec.
