Keyboard Shortcuts for the 3CX Softphone

I have just downloaded and installed the 3CX Softphone. I really like it but, I cannot figure out how to create keyboard shortcuts.

I would like to use the keyboard to:

• 1. Answer a call;
  2. Hang up a call;
  3. Put a call on hold;
  4. Ignore a call;
  5. Transfer a call;
  6. to shift focus to the 3CX Softphone.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks leejor for the link, but it unfortunately doesn't address all the shortcuts.
The keyboard shortcuts could indeed be very handy.
