Keyboard shortcuts not working

Hi all,
Looking to reproduce an issue we are encountering.
Until recently, we were able to configure keyboard shortcuts for the 3cx chrome extension, this used to work great, but now we cannot get them to work anymore.
Secondly (less important) the webclient does not accept keypad input during a call anymore. We need to click the number in the client if we want to input DTMF, instead of using the pc keyboard. Is this known?
And more important, is there a workaround for this?
I could switch to the windows client, but users have gotten addicted to the "click to dial" functionality in Chrome, so it's not their preference really.

Thank you, that rules out one of my questions!
Would you mind to test if for example setting a keyboard shortcut to accept a call works for you?
I am trying to identify if this is a problem within our company or rather a general problem with 3cx.

Thanks for reporting. We are aware of the issue and are looking into it.

Currently new to 3CX but having the same issue with the hot keys. Cannot get it to pick up any calls.
Also the 3CX extension doesn't get focus with this version of Chrome.
Google Chrome 86.0.4240.75
3CX Extension 4.3.0.319

I just downgraded to Google Chrome 84.0.4147.135 and the hot keys were functional again.
The extension also regained the ability to steal focus.

After upgrading to the latest version it stopped working again.
