When selectin Kyivstar as a SIP Trunk, it uses voip.kyivstar.ua as a provide IP and outbound proxy. However, Kyivstar gives another IP in settings list to customer. Therefore we are not able to use the "tested" VOIP provider, because it's not actually correctly tested.... To make it work, I had now to use Generic SIP Trunk and see the warning constantly...
voip.kyivstar.ua resloves to 188.163.212.3
the IP given by provider to customers is 89.162.150.28

Hi there.
For some of the customers, you could use FQDN which is there and it will work, and for some others IP (as in your case).
If you are using V18, you can easily modify it in the trunk settings, if it's V20, update it to the latest V20 and this option should also be there.

We have the latest available release, Version 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1620 Release)
Here is the screenshot of settings when choosing Kyivstar. As you can see, there is no option to enter IP address of server and proxy. It's hardcoded in the template and can't be changed...

In you update your System to the latest Update 1 RC, you should see these options and the ability to modify your Registar/server address:
