Labels for Parking

[mprythero]

Hello! Is there a way to label parking for users on the Web or Desktop app? Right now, some of my users get confused by the numbering if only some parking are shared by some departments/offices. Is it at all coming to the apps? If not, has anyone found any alternatives?

Surely if you configure BLFs to the respected SPxx then thats all they can use?

otherwise, you'll have to start modifying phone templates.

Can you tell me how this becomes a problem in real world? the person parking the call should remember where they parked?

Probably something like https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...le-sp-key-labels-with-shared-presence.137137/ where it sounded like they were “sending” a call to a particular room.
