Last logged in/out

Good day ,

I want to see Ext,name,agent status,ans,Abnd,last logged in/out Talk Time on on Q-Manager for all the agents in that particular queue.
currently I can see Ext,name,agent status only but Ans,Abnd,Last logged in/out Talk Time is empty .

Please assist

Are you a queue manager in those queues you mention?

I am not a manager on those queue

if you are not a manager, but just a member then you won't see those stats.

add yourself as a manager and they should appear immediately

I did , still not showing - but even if it does show , i do not want to add everyone as queue manager just for me to see their stats

I think you may have misunderstood me, you don't need to add everyone as a queue manager, just yourself so you can see their stats.

Everyone else should just be an agent in the queue, while you are only a manager.

i did add myself as manager but still i cannot see those stats

1. Can you also confirm you are in the same Group of extensions as the agents?



2. do the group rights and extension rights allow you to see the others?
