Latest Yealink Firmware T41S & T42S

I tried updating the firmware for the latest Yealink firmware, but couldn’t find the Firmware for the same.
The current Firmware T41S : 66.86.0.15 whereas T42S: 66.84.197.3

Nevertheless, Tried updating the handsets to the latest 3CX firmware but the handset has stopped working.

Kindly advise on the above at your earliest as we have already moved to 3CX.

The 197 part of your firmware (which is normally a zero) indicates this this phone had non standard firmware.

You should best contact the seller of the device or Yealink support directly in this case.
