LD calls ring, then busy tone and drop?

This is odd:

13:12:26.608  [CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: Not found
13:12:26.608  [CM503016]: Call(3097): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected];user=phone> failed. Reason: Not Found
13:12:26.592  [CM503003]: Call(3097): Call to sip:[email protected]:5060 has failed; Cause: 404 Not Found; from IP:172.16.252.250:5060

Has anyone seen this?

This is going to a gateway trunk? If so, what type? Does the gateways show as registered? Does this happen with all LD calls, local calls? Is this a new installation/ Did this problem just start, or has it never worked?
