Hello,
I've a problem already seen twice in the forum but threads were closed without answer.
I've a public contact folder that I've use to sync 3CX with Exchange.
Everything works fine except for the contact that are also domain's accounts. In this case 3CX use LegacyExchangeDN in place of email.

How to solve?

Hi Mirko,

The sync is one way (ie. 3CX imports whatever Exchange will show to it) and it uses an impersonated account to be able to import the data. https://www.3cx.com/docs/how-to-create-impersonated-user/

You might have too look into Microsoft articles to understand why it sends 3CX LegacyExchangeDN for those cases, since 3CX does not control what is being sent.
