Licence question - Customer getting down graded to 4sc

Hello,

I have a customer who paid for a Pro licence (8SC) in version 12 or 13.

I moved them through the versions when the free upgrade happened to v16 and thy received a free upgrade to 16 SC Standard (they may have been given Pro for a short time)

Now there is an alert saying that the licence will be downgraded to 4SC Standard in a few days.

What is the story here? I did not think 4 SC existed any more?
