Licence Upgrade

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade the PRO license to Enterprise as we would like to enable the failover feature.
Currently we have a 32 channel Perpetual license and I would like to know what would be the charges if we are to upgrade to 32 channel Enterprise License(Perpetual)?
The maintenance expiry is on 31st October.
Can someone from 3cx let me know what would be the pricing?

When i check the website, it shows 32 channel PRO as $4062, and for that of Enterprise $4,923.
Can we upgrade to Enterprise by paying the difference, which is $4,923 - $4062 = $861, or does it change depending on what the renewal date is?

i think you can switch when you want , i'm not sure but if nothing change it was the licence difference cost on prorata time for you 5 month until end of maintenance.
Why not negociate for annual licence renewal cheaper than perpetual + maintenance

Did you buy licence alone or with a 3cx partner?

How long does the switch take?
I mean, how long will it take for the license to be changed from PRO to Enterprise?

Since we already have paid for a Perpetual PRO license, I dont think it makes makes a lot of sense to switch to annual license now. The maintenance cost, I believe is less than the annual license.

The license was bought with the help of a 3cx partner.

Sorry , my bad for info about prorata ,I think this is for annual licence only, for perpetual you just have to pay for upgrade, see prices here https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/3cx-maintenance/

Licence switch is no time delay when you pay your licence has extended rights, sometimes you need to refresh from dashboard no technical change to do.
