Solved License activation problem

Hi Guys,

I installed new Windows 2016 Server. I installed 3CX version 18 and confgure it.
When i activate the license, I am occuring this error message "Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server. Confirm that your Primary DNS Server is able to resolve activate.3cx.com"
I am setitng the primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and I am pinging the activate.3cx.com and resolve it.
Also i configure the hosts file in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

How can i do other?

443 TCP portu fw de tanımlı mı? 3CX yükseltmesini nasıl yaptınız? yükseltmeden sonra firewall check yaptınız mı? 3CX yerel sunucunuzda mı kurulu? bir soru var. Yardımcı olmak isterim ancak tam cevap alamadığım için net bir şey söyleyemiyorum.

But, @MuratDemirtas is pretty much walking you through the same things I would.

Also if you have installed 3CX on a Windows Server, make sure that:

• It is a supported Windows version: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/phone-system-installation-windows/#h.rpbyof1d94m1
• You have installed all Windows Updates.
• You have uninstalled any AntiVirus software you may have on the 3CX Server (not disabled, uninstall and reboot server)

Hello @NickD_3CX;

Problem solved, activate.3cx.com could not be accessed because ISP did not allow use of a different DNS address and changes made in hosts file. After making the necessary changes, the license is active, thank you..
