License error on V18 Update 8(935)

Hi all suddenly this afternoon our linux instances on premise and self hosted are showing the following error on the license screen "(license_error.HttpsErr_InvalidTrustedStorage)", anyone else know what is causing this or is it a 3CX error.
Logging it with them too.

All you need to do is go to update 8B, it happens automatically. @Alessandro_El_Sharkawi The majority of your "customers" are free editions so their expiry is end of December. So not affected at all. Keep in mind by end of year as a bronze partner you can have a maximum of 5 free editions registered to your Bronze partner account.

If you dont want to have problems with any other package then 3CX, just do

apt install 3cxpbx

instead of

apt upgrade

Hi,

I had the same issue and I solved it. You have to connect on your instance (Debian for me) and do an "apt-get upgrade". My PBX has rebooted and evertyhing works well now.

If someone else faces an activation issue and running on a version not below V18 update 7 build 312, feel free to open a ticket with the support team so we can help you out and do it for you. We don't recommend upgrading all of the packages on the OS, but only the Phonesystem itself. Another safe way will be taking a full backup, downloading V18's latest ISO and then restoring your backup there.
