License Key can't access from 3CX server

One of the POC customers said that the license key expired on their VM, so when they extended and re-inserted the license key, the license activation failed in the setup, and the 3CX license server could not be accessed.Can I get the 3CX server port list or the URL list to go to from the server VM? Does it happen like I said above?

From one screenshot we cannot define the cause of this issue.
Check whether any 3rd part installation prevent the service to start.
