Yes, I know the error is telling me I have more calls than my license allows.

License limit is reached, active calls: [991,992,995,996,997,999,1000,1002,1003,1004,1005,1006,1007,1008,1009,1010,1011,1012,1013,1014,1015,1016,1017,1018,1020]

What are all of the numbers at the end? Call IDs of active calls? How do I get more information on those calls?

look in the activity logs.

This is just a bit out of date (by about 8 years), but will give you a good idea idea...

The Call IDs make it easier to "track" a particular call in the log, as there are usually multiple calls happening at the same time.

I'll have to look again later, I suppose. By default, it only keeps 1 day of logs, so I can't learn how the call limit was reached.

Could be easier to enable CDRs and collect/analyse via something like CallSequitur. You can breakdown by call type to see what is causing the limit to be reached.
