License Renewal Downgrade Number of Simultaneous Calls

My renewal is due: I upgraded from 16SC to 24SC to 32SC in the last 1 month. Now my actual renewal for the license is due and I want to be able to reduce the Number of Simulataneous calls to 24 SC. I do not want to renew for 32. In the past, you would just chat support via the web chat and they will assist you easily but now that chat is gone. So someone should assist me to lower my SC to 24 and renewal i am left with 10 days for the license to expire.

Just to add. Even though it has been reduced to the 24SC i needed, support informed me that Subscription downgrades are generally not offered which is weird to say. Why would you allow subscription upgrades but not downgrade. Our needs change all the time so we can grow(upgrade) or fold (downgrade).

I think 3CX needs to look into this. It doesn't really make sense to me.

They not offerd through the portal but you can do downgrades as you did totday.
