License to be downgraded

Hello, i have a professional license that i cannot use in full function.

In which mode i can downgrade it to basic license?

Just wait until your licence expire. Than you will have a basic licence.

If you are self-hosting your system as bitn2 advised - you may wait until its expiration day and it will auto downgrade to the 3CX FREE.

Alternatively, if you wish to downgrade it prior to its expiration day, you may email [email protected] from the license key owner email address and we can check if the license key is eligible and apply the downgrade for you.
