License - Unable to activate

Hi,

Our license expired so we bought an upgrade but can't activate with the below error:

3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activate.3cx.com.
Ensure that the local or border firewalls are configured to allow outbound traffic to activate.3cx.com

Can you someone help? This is urgent. I can DM you the license key.

Are you on an older version? Update 5 and later can contact the activation server. See for example https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...ection-to-activate-3cx-com.119668/post-557164

Had same issue. Rebooted my firewall and everything started working again.
