Solved license_error for 15.0.60903.0

We are using 15.0.60903.0. with a Standard (Perpetual) Commercial license.
Install is from 2013 and we do not need or want any upgrade.
Hardware, IP and OS are unchanged.
Nevertheless, in license screen it shows:

License status

license_error.

The rest of the details are empty.
If I edit the details to show exactly like on https://customer.3cx.com I get the error:
Product cannot be activated because license key is for a previous version. Upgrade license key or purchase maintenance from here.

For the moment, the system works.
What I understand is:
If for some reason I need to reinstall the operating system and 3cx, I will not be able to activate it if I do not upgrade to 16 and of course, pay 3CX?
Or am I wrong?

Hi,

If you install V15.5.SP6 which is the oldest version that can activate, you should be able to proceed.

Used https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/3CXWindowsBatchUpdater.zip and updated to SP6.
Worked like a charm.
