Greetings,
I inherited a system that hasn't been online for around 3 years and was running 18.6.
We planned an update to the system to v20, but if we exported a backup from 18.6 there was no system owner as they weren't a thing in 18.6.
We tried to install 18.9.31, import the backup there to set a system owner and use that backup to upgrade to v20, but by doing that we get a LicenseKey error, I presume because the license can't activate while on the 18.9 version.
We temporarily installed a trial license with v20 to keep the line working, but I was looking for a "release" option to use the client's license, but having the portal in italian I only have a disconnect button (scollegare) which warns me that the license will be removed from the account if I proceed, is that the correct way to release the old license and use it on the new installation or is there some option that we are missing since the original account that created the license is long gone?
