and everything was green for me.

But I have this message this morning.

I'm not able to update to see if its a version issue ...


... as everything seems to be Ok in the portal


Is this related to hosted / self-managed ?

Hello

the guide you linked states the requirements must be met to remain free.

"License keys have to be registered correctly in the customer’s name and email address, they have to have been issued before 1st January 2023, and you must upgrade to version 20. Read on for more on the latest updates as well as steps you can take if you haven’t done so already."

You're a few versions behind, so it looks like you've lucked out..

I've got a free instance on U9 working fine.

Think you might have to do a backup and restore to get it updated.

Your Version is way to old!! You need to backup and restore to get it working.
