Licensing Question

Good Day,

If I have three bridges active, with 10 calls per bridge allocated, does that reserve 30 of my licensed 32 sim calls license leaving me with 2 to use? Or do those lines have to be actively used like a regular call to be counted against the call total?

The call limit in the licence refers to active calls (a call between two endpoints), they are not specific types of calls.

Please note that the limit indicated under the bridge settings is the allowed number of calls you are allowed to perform over the bridge. You can adjust that depending on your needs. For a call to count towards your licence the call has to be active.

1) Please, How can I delete unused licence key from my reseller account
2) when i did the latest updated the trunk count is +1 (exp: if i have 2 trunks on the dashboard it says 3)
3) on the extensions there is a red triangle if I do the requirement it's always there.
