Hello fellows,

could somebody explain the licensing policy of 3cx phone system in more detail.

For example can I upgrade from 16 to 32 simultaneous calls - what should I do - purchase a second 16 SC license, or purchase a new 32 SC license?
If new 32 SC license is purchased will the price of the existing 16 SC license will be deducted, or I will lose the money I paid before ?
