Lightsail connectivity?

If I wanted to move a physical install to Lightsail, what would be best way be to connect the office of ~25 physical phones to this securely? There are some remote physical and/or 3cx phones currently. Main WAN is 300/50 g.fast

Also can one restore a 15.5 win backup to a 16 Debian install?

Yes you can restore a windows backup on debian. You should consider setting up an SBC since the PBX is in the cloud and you have 25+ phones. https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/

There is also the option to set up your own VPN between the PBX and the phones site.
