I'm rookie at 3CX, but found it interesting so I wanted to try my hand at it. I a have uber small office - 4 users. Bought some Fanvil x5u phones. I've set up lightsail instance, added the SSH firewall exception, setup 3cx as best as I can with the youtube tutorials I found (extensions, inbound, outbound, call flow, etc). I'm in the process of getting a block of numbers I purchased from Number Barn ported over to Twilio. I've provisioned the Fanvil phones and reprovisioned and then reprovisioned them again after every change.
In my head, I would expect that even though I don't have numbers ported yet, I should still be able to dial an internal extension and have it ring the other phone. Alas that isn't happening.
