Lightsail Limit Reached

Has anyone run into this issue? We currently have a total of 52 instances in two regions. 32 in one and 20 in another. Also I was able to add an instance directly through lightsail so I am wondering where the issue is?

When you manually added the instance did you also add a static IP? I believe they had a limit of 5 static IPs originally and you had to request an increase.

No I didn't have to add the static, it was automatically there. A couple months ago we had to request more and we were approved for 50 at one region and 25 for the other. I've submitted a ticket with amazon but wasn't sure if there was something else I was missing.
