Hi there: we have 3CX set up and successfully running with a number of old and new IP phones (newer Fanvil and older Polycom). We have a Lilin Door Station IPC0522E2 which supports SIP and which someone on an old thread reported that they were able to get running with 3CX. We are able to get the Lilin to register on the system (we had to change the authentication ID to match the extension #) and it can accept calls but it is unable to make calls. Additionally, it appears under Phones as an Unprovisioned phone. Any ideas? I'd love to hear from anyone who has this device fully working with 3CX. Does anyone have a working template they could share for this device? Thanks so much.

What error messages are you seeing ?

Do you have to configure any outgoing SIP servers ?

Have you checked the 3CX activity log, to see if the device is trying to make a call.

It shows as 'Unprovisioned'. as you have manually configure the device.

Understood re: "Unprovisioned."

This is all internal -- the Door Station will not be allowed to do anything outside of the firewall and the Extension is set up accordingly. So I don't think outgoing SIP servers apply, correct?

Aside from a Register / Rejected flow (using Wire Shark), I do not see any traffic between it and the PBX. I can however call into it just fine from any device on the LAN. Pushing its button or explicitly trying to "Call" from the device's web interface results in no SIP traffic being logged by Wire Shark from the Door Station's IP.
