Limit Calls

Hi Team,

Hope someone can help

Is it possible to limit international calls to other users?

This is how i tried it, but calls still will go through on other extensions
I did this because i read another thread. However, it did not work as the thread suggested.

The attachment is not available, however have you considered creating s specific group of extensions and allow only this group to make international calls?

So what is happening is, all extensions can make calls internationally even though I have put in limits. There is no limit. I'll check the logs. But is there a specific set up or someone I can be directed on how to program the setup the customer is after?

Is there any other outbound rule?
Is the international rule on the top priority?

Please show us your « routes » configuration as well, specifically the bottom part of the screenshot you provided. Have you set up multiple routes with others providers ?

So the Main rule which i suppose is on the top of the list allows all extensions to make any call.
In this case you should expect this. You need to adjust your outbound rules.

You could put your international calls outbound rule first, then right below that create another Block international calls rule and add the same prefixes. Then select all users that are now allowed to make international calls and leave all routes as Block Calls.
Below these add your general outbound rule.
