Limit to number of accounts on Windows softphone?

I have a total of 5 extensions. I currently have 2 accounts added to my Windows softphone. Every time I add another extension (via email) one of the goes away. Is it supposed to be this way? Is it possible to have more than two accounts on the softphone?

Hi oguruma,

There is not such a limitation with the windows client. I currently have 6 accounts configured and switch between them. I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the 3cx windows client and try configuring again all 5 accounts using the confoguration file from the welcome email.
