line stays connected after voicemail

Hello, i have a problem with grandstream GW4104-
When an external caller leaves a voice mail and hangs up without pressing # the line will stay connected and apparently continues recording dead air for approximately two minutes.

any idea?

You may need to review what disconnect options you have set in the gateway. If your phone company doesn't provide a short disconnect signal, you may want to do some experimentation with silence detection or disconnect tone.
