Afternoon all,

We have recently moved from RingCentral to 3CX, We are deploying the Desktop app to our Mac and Windows users.

With ring central we could get our management system (also a desktop app) to use an app url to bring up the ringcentral app with a number "rcmobile://call?number=" + customerMobile

Is a similar thing possible with the 3CX desktop app?

Simply change those URLs to use "tel:<number>". The DesktopApp supports the TEL protocol.

Its often the simplest option that is the best! Did not think of tel. Thank you!
