Link Teams to sync Status Changes

[tester777]

Hello

we have have enterprise 16.0.8.9 since a couple of weeks.
Our users really hate to change the status on one more app.

Can you recommend me something so that the 3cx status gets changed automatically when my Teams Status gets changed manually or from an appointment?

Thanks

David

Hi @tester777,

At present we don't have any integration with teams. Any integration of this type would need to be facilitated by a third party for now.

Okay, maybe someone can recommend me a third party solution for that purpose?

We do have an integration but it doesn't support Presence. I haven't seen one that does, not with 3CX anyway.
