Hi, for a few days the link to the CRM no longer appears on the 3cx app keypad, can you tell me how to resolve it? the CRM is third party and the communication between PBX and CRM works perfectly. Thank you

In order to investigate the issue, please enable verbose logs from the 3CX Console > Dashboard > Activity Log > Settings. Then make a test call where you reproduce the issue, and check the 3cxSystemService.log file that you can download from the 3CX Console > Dashboard > Activity Log > Logs button > Instance folder.

From this file, you will be able to see if there is a matching contact found in the CRM. If there is any error contacting the CRM, it will be visible there.

thanks Ernesto, the contact is created in the CRM, the only thing that doesn't work is the link in the keypad that doesn't appear . this should appear ,but you only see the link to 3cx

until a few days ago when the call arrived the double link appeared on the keypad, once the CRM link was clicked the card in the CRM opened, now the link on the keypad is no longer visible.

This means that there is no valid match returned.
Check on the logs whether the match is sent correctly from the CRM
