Linksys 3120 setup as ata but won't outbound call

Hi all,

I have setup a Linksys 3102 as an ATA to test a new install but I can't get it to call outbound either external or other call internal extensions! Inbound calls are fine.....

The reason for testing like this is that a Linksys PAP2T will be used for a cordless phone! This is still in production...... The 3102 will be inturn used as the FXO, due to 3CX running on Hyper-V with replica (2012)

The Cisco 504Gs are working well setup as provisioned!.

Any ideas?

Have you modified the internal (3102) dialplan to support the digits that you are dialling? You will probably be getting a fast busy if it does not like your digits.

Do any calls show up in the 3CX logs? If so, what digits are they showing as being received?

Have "[x*]" in dial plan.....

It looks as if 3Cx is receiving a zero and is attempting use outbound rules to route the call. What are you actually dialling?

You can try a simple dialplan that will handle 3 digit internal numbers... [xxxS0] , then add onto that to include outside numbers.

Used (*xx|000S0<gw0>|<#0,:>xx.<gw0>|xx.) as the dial plan and all good!
