Linksys SPA phones, can't redial call history

When call history is saved on the phone, all the numbers are missing the 1 infront of them, so if you hit redial it doesn't work.

Is there a setting to make the 1 get saved in there? or how about adding the 1 if it is missing from a 10 digit number?

Is the "1" sent in the original caller ID? Have you tried "playing" with the internal Linksys dialplan to add a 1.
