We are experiencing issues with our Linkvil DECT system in combination with 3CX. We are using three Linkvil W710H DECT base stations (one configured as the manager) and ten Linkvil W610H handsets. In 3CX these are provisioned using the W710D template.

The problem is that the handsets frequently lose connection and show messages like “Invalid Line” or “IPv4 Error”. At the same time, 3CX shows the extension as “Not Registered”. Sometimes the connection returns after about 30 seconds, but in many cases we have to restart either the W710H base station or the handset to restore the connection.

This also happens when the handset is placed right next to the DECT base station, so it doesn't appear to be a coverage or signal issue. The disconnections occur randomly throughout the day.

Has anyone had similar issues with Linkvil DECT handsets disconnecting from 3CX? Any advice on improving stability or what settings/logs to check would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Just checking in to ask if you were able to resolve these issues and have the phones working smoothly? - I've a customer keen to use the Fanvil Multi-DECT bases and phones.
