Good day all.
We are looking for some clarification on if this is expected behavior in the new v20.
When selecting listen in on an active call, the popup window displays barge in instead of listen in.
This is providing some confusion for users as they do not expect to be barging in and will close the window.
I understand a change where the call is instantly connected when you choose an option, rather than how it was previously where you select the option you want then you ext. rings and you use the answer icon to then connect.
